Subject: All the years combine
Set one was solid. The highlight most definitely is the Bird Song>West LA Fadeaway> Bird Song. The rare DeadCo Jackaroe also made an appearance.
Set two was incredible, starting off w Help>Slip>Frank. The intensity of the Slipknot! literally made the stadium shake on its foundation. It felt like we were gonna blast off to outerspace immediatly, and i was expecting them to come out of the Franklin's into a slow ballad as they seem to like doing of late( Black Muddy River like the night before as an example, but no, the boys had a special treat in store for the Fam on this night. We waited and rumors circulated for three years. The breakout of Willy Tell>The Eleven out of St Stephen. Thats what im talking about. It was awesome. We went CRaaaZY!
The place was spinning.it was quite a scene. Then, post Space we get Eyes. You cant really here on this recording but if anyone heard someone scream Stella Blue at the end of Eyes during the show on literally the first note of the tune, it was this guy , right here. It was as if the boys answered my request. Actually i hit about 80 % of the setlist in advance. Really wanted to hear Row Jimmy, but the day will come. Im approaching 30 shows under my belt which aint nothing as ive been hitting em since Jerry was still up on stage, but no Row Jimmy
This is definatly in my memory as the best show of 2018 to date and best DeadCo ive seen or even heard to date and ive seen them 8 times so far.
Highly recommend if you can catch them this tour go. Treat yourself & treat a friend. No excuses. Lets Start Dancing!
